While addressing the situation, President Maithripala Sirisena blames himself partly for the lack of security and notes that big changes will arise soon. There is a big divide of the people and government, many of which blame the president for lack of security.

I think that no one is really to blame, as no one could have predicted this happening. However, these attacks have been happening consecutively for a while, so the President should address this situation by finding a way to stop the terrorists, continuing Obama's legacy.

i don't think anyone expected this to happen so there is nothing anyone could have done to prevent this. I think the president is continuing to stop terrorists attacks.
