Since 2010 Venezuela has been suffering a socioeconomic crisis under Nicolas Maduro. President Maduro was elected since 20l0 and now in 2019 he is still the president of Venezuela. Maduro isn't the best president out there. Maduro was pressured to step down by nations and bodies including Lima Group, Mexico, the U.S and etc, but Maduro was also supported by Turkey, Russia, and China and also they attended his inauguration. Now Venezuela is suffering due to the low amount of items they have. Many people are dying due to this. Some women have lost their kids due to the country not having the right supplies for them. Also many people don't have nothing to eat and have to go through garbage's to get something to eat. The new president Nicolas Maduro was elected and took over for a while. Venezuela's president Maduro isn't doing much to help out the country. There are many protest that occur every day in Venezuela citizens do this so the president can help out somehow.
1.How can other countries manage to support Venezuela?
2.What do you think the President is investing on instead on helping the country?

ReplyDelete1) I think the other countries should give them supply, kick the president out and reelect a new president, or even send someone to guide the government.
I don't think the wall is a good idea. I do believe that there is a problem with the immigration, but only with the people who are coming in and then doing harm to the country. There are good people who are just trying to find a better place to live and we can't stop that. We are a country that was built on immigration and it is just part of our history and stopping that is bad.
ReplyDeleteI think other countries can help by supporting Venezuela. More wealthy countries can help provide supplies and give money to Venezuela. Other countries can also help out by guiding and giving their opinion on the situation.

I think that other countries can help Venezuela by supporting them financially and economically. Wealthy countries such as the US or Germany could help Venezuela by supporting them with supplies and get the citizens to elect a new leader. The president isn't helping the country like he should be and president wan helping and they should elect someone who would help the people and the country.
ReplyDeleteThey are suffering from the 80,000% hyper inflation of their currency. It is so useless that they just weigh it one a scale. This is what socialism does. Socialism kills countries and the people who live within them.
ReplyDeleteI think other countries (like the US) should be sending funds and supplies. They can also start doing volunteer trips for people to help out with buildings, food and water access.
ReplyDeleteI think other wealthy countries can help and provide by supporting the economic situations and helpful supplies. wealthy countries can make plans to help countries indeed. -yulisa v

ReplyDeletei think he is investing in oil so he can put all the money in his pocket.
ReplyDeleteI believe that most of the countries could help pitch in or support Venezuela by giving the some aid. They can also help them by helping them build homes and sending funds.
