People marched in El Paso, Texas in protest of the proposed border wall. 2 weeks ago bulldozers arrived in Rio Grande Valley of Texas. To aim where the construction will begin. The area of a six-mile "stretch of wall" that has already been fundraised for. Federal Government scheduled to start construction this month, but since the central filed a restraining order to prevent the workers from constructing. The government made 28 laws to proceed the constructing. Also, a foundation raised about half of 100,000 to pay for legal fees connected with continuing legal action that opposes Trump's Administration.
Do you support the border wall? why or why not?
Is it a good investment to spend 5 billion dollars?
For those who disagree what is an effective way to challenge trump?
It is not a good investment to spend 5 billion dollars. It could be used to help the homeless, fix roads, etc.
ReplyDeleteThe wall definitely works; ever since the wall in El Paso was built, crime in the area has fallen below that of similarly sized metropolitan areas, despite Juarez, Mexico being only so far away. 5 billion dollars is nothing in comparison to what would be saved through building the border wall.

ReplyDeleteBuilding the wall will not really help much other than provoke more protests and anger to those who are having to deal with the consequences.
ReplyDeleteI do not support the wall because it is unnecessary we already have like a fence or whatever and do need it people will either way still cross one way or another so it pointless.
ReplyDelete1. I do not support the wall, I think it's a huge waste of money that could be saved for buying more important things.
ReplyDelete2.No, 5 billion dollars is too much to spend on a wall that is a stupid idea anyway
3.protests or cut him off from the power and money
I do not support the wall but i think its ok if the border patrol gets more funding so they can do a better job and afford better border protection .

I do not support the wall, I think it would be a a bad idea to waste money on that and I believe that the money should go to more important issues/Jaden Perez
ReplyDeleteBy pursuing to build the wall, more and more protests towards this action will accumulate until they stop building the wall. It is also a waste of money to build the wall, and that the money should be used to solve other issues.
ReplyDeleteI don't support the wall because regardless of whether they build it or not, people will find ways to get in the country and its just an unnecessary amount of money that will be used
ReplyDeleteI don't support the wall, it's not necessary to invert 5 billion dollars on the wall when they can use that same amount of money on many other issues, that are more problematic.
ReplyDeleteI don’t support the wall. It’s just gonna create more issues. Why spend 5 billion in something that isn’t even a problem, why not spend it on something more important like school safety?
ReplyDeleteI don't support the wall because it will cost a lot of money that can be used for more things. The money could be used to increase border patrol instead.

I do not support the border wall. Trump is using the wall as a catalyst for his next campaign for 2020. The wall will put the US into debt and overall cause issues for the nation
ReplyDeleteI do not support the border wall because Trump is using money that should be used in emergencies for it. The money could be used to support others in need and Trump is just using the idea of the wall to get people to support his ideas which is not going very well for him. 5 billion dollars is too much money and the US is in enough debt already to deal with extra so called "problems" in our country.
ReplyDeleteI don't support the border because I think the money for the wall could be used for better things. I don't think spending 5 billion dollars is a good idea becaus it can put the US in debt.
